How pure are your catalog peptides?
The typical HPLC purity of our peptides is 95% or higher. However, certain labile peptides—such as those containing free cysteine (Cys), N-terminal glutamine (Gln), or sulfated groups—may have slightly lower purity due to their sensitive nature.
Who does Encore Research Labs sell peptides to?

How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days and we also handle same day shipping if required. We ship all our products via USPS priority mail. Once a package leaves our facility, Encore Research Labs cannot control courier delays, customs inspections, or issues resulting from incomplete or inaccurate shipping details.
Do I need specific credentials to purchase from Encore Research Labs ?

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?
Due to the sensitive and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements may be offered only if the product arrives incorrect, defective, or damaged. Issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at and including documentation such as photographs.
